GENERAL :Paidwriter.net Terms of Use (hereafter - Terms of Use) are meant for and binding upon each Paidwriter.net user, irrespective of whether the user is an Author, registered user or not. Terms of Use are binding for any usage of Paidwriter.net(and any usage of the Paidwriter.net is interpreted as an acceptance of these Terms of Use. The activity of the Paidwriter.net website is organized, administrated and coordinated by Paidwriter.net Team). Terms of Use may be changed. It is User's responsibility to check the Terms of Use for any updates. User's continued use of Paidwriter.net will be interpreted as an acceptance of most current version of Terms of Use. Paidwriter.net Team reserves the right to delete User's account, change password, delete User's content from Paidwriter.net in whole or in part, or to discontinue User's access to Paidwriter.net and all its services, if Paidwriter.net Team suspects that User is violating Terms of Use or acts in the way that doesn't fit the spirit of the site or for any other reason. Paidwriter.net Team is not obliged to explain its decision. Paidwriter.net Team makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by Users through the service will meet User's expectations, or that any errors in the software will be corrected. DEFINITIONS : User - any person who uses Paidwriter.net as registered user or not and/or as Author. Author - user who has created or added content to Paidwriter.net. Rating - Rating system to determine the quality of content and used in programming the Paidwriter.net. Services - all services, provided by Paidwriter.net and via Paidwriter.net Team. Paidwriter.net makes available a collection of resources for Users, creation or posting content for Users. Paidwriter.net Team hosts and serves everything on Paidwriter.net Based on the Rating System all low quality content created or placed by Author will be automatically removed. Terms regarding Creating accounts : User must be at least 18 years old on the date when registration is completed. User must indicate his real e-mail and other necessary information. By providing another person's e-mail address to Paidwriter.net, a User confirms that the respective person consents to storing his e-mail at the Paidwriter.net according to the Personal Data Protection Law. User may have only one account. If a User creates more than one account, then they may be deleted. Several persons may not be registered as one User. Paidwriter.net prohibits creation of 'fake' accounts, i.e. accounts where a User provides invalid data. Upon establishing the existence of such accounts, Paidwriter.net Team has the right to immediately and without warning delete the 'fake' account. User and/or Author is responsible for any and all activities occurring or content that is posted under User's account It is up to the User to maintain the confidentiality of password and account. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of User's account, or any other breach of security, the User must immediately contact the Paidwriter.net Team at Contact Us form. In this case Paidwriter.net Team has the right to give the User a new password. Paidwriter.net Team is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms. Rules of using Paidwriter.net : User must create good quality content. User is solely responsible for all content in User's Paidwriter.net account. User may only upload images from sites which allow downloading and embedding their images. Paidwriter.net prohibits the Users from clicking through the ads placed on Paidwriter.net many times with ill intent, as well as from trying to persuade other Users. User agrees to receive certain communications from Paidwriter.net Team (incl. Paidwriter.net newsletters, service announcements, administrative messages). If User doesn't want to receive such communications he/she can edit setting in his/her account. Actions of User can't interfere with or disrupt normal run of servers or networks connected to Paidwriter.net.com, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to Paidwriter.net. Paidwriter.net reserves the right to change the Rating algorithm at any time. Users must comply strictly with any law regulations. Non-English content do not appear on our pages. User must not impersonate other Users or any official of Paidwriter.net. Restrictions and prohibitions User can't make any actions which could be seen as. Paidwriter.net prohibits the Users from clicking through the ads placed on Paidwriter.net many times with ill intent, as well as from trying to persuade other Users. User can't use Paidwriter.net for gathering or using another User's e-mail. It is forbidden to collect personal identifiable information about users and sell or transfer that information. Use any automatic or manual process to harvest email addresses or other information from Paidwriter.net is forbidden. It is prohibited for the Users of Paidwriter.net to conduct illegal activities or inactions using the website's functionality. Both criminal and administrative offenses are deemed illegal activities. User's are forbidden to threaten, offend, harass or intimidate other users. The following restrictions are set for User's Paidwriter.net contents, incl. (but not limited to) text, images and videos: - Posting content for which User does not have the necessary rights is prohibited, including content which either affects or violates the intellectual property rights (copyright etc.) or rights of confidentiality of third persons; - Content which affects a person's dignity, esteem, race, ethnic and/or sex and/or sexual equality, or which could be considered religious or racist propaganda or is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy or provides instructional information about illegal activities, or promotes any act of cruelty to animals or people is forbidden; - Overly promotional content including excessive linking (banners) to any website or domain is prohibited. - Use copyrighted content without owner's permission is prohibited; - Duplicating content and copy/pasting is prohibited; - Content must not violate User's local laws and laws of India . - Pornographic and erotic content is forbidden; - Content which encourages or advertises usage of weapons, narcotics, alcohol and cigarettes is prohibited; - Content which is impolite, offensive, vulgar, abusive or otherwise inflammatory is forbidden; - Content which promotes acts of violence or other illegal activities, or which rouses hatred between the users and other kinds of hatred is forbidden; - Content which promotes gambling or links to sites that promote/offer gambling for money is forbidden; - Content established in order to harm or modify the operation (safety) of the Paidwriter.net database, design, electronic communications software is forbidden; - Content which has the features of surrogate mail (junk mail, spam, chain letter) or unauthorized advertising is forbidden; - Content or links to any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature are forbidden; - Links that are not related to topic or theme of content are forbidden; - Content or links which could remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software or data base or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the Website architecture of Paidwriter.net is forbidden; - Content which could attack providing services of Paidwriter.net is forbidden. - Content promoting online shops and affiliate programs is prohibited. Revenue from writing articles : Users can get ad impressions by entering an affiliate IDs for each third party account (Ex. Google AdSense, etc.) into his account (revenue settings) on Paidwriter.net. Immediately after the User has inputted his/her affiliate IDs, he/she is entitled to receive ad impressions. Paidwriter.net will rotate the User's third party affiliate IDs into certain % of the ad impressions on User's Paidwriter.net content. This means certain % of ads in User's Paidwriter.net are displayed with User's third party affiliate IDs and certain % with Paidwriter.net's third party affiliate IDs. Paidwriter.net reserves the right to change the percentage of revenue share at any time. Paidwriter.net will share ad impressions with services which IDs the User provided. If the User did not provide any third party affiliate IDs then all ads are displayed with Paidwriter.net's third party affiliate IDs. Paidwriter.net Team reserves the right to change the percentages or details of ad impressions. Also Paidwriter.net reserves the right to start or to discharge cooperation with any third party ad revenue sharing service. Paidwriter.net Team reserves the right to stop or start sharing ad impressions with Users using certain third party ad revenue services. There are additional terms imposed by the third parties (Google Adsense, etc.) with whom User chooses to do business. User must uphold these additional terms and conditions. Paidwriter.net Team may ban user's third parties affiliate IDs: - If the User has violated or otherwise breached Paidwriter.net's or Third Party's Terms of Use; - If the Provided third Party Affiliate ID is closed or any information presented by registration isn't correct or don't conform to these or Third Party's Terms of Use; Paidwriter.net does not track revenue associated with such third party accounts. By using the Impression services, the User acknowledges and agrees that Paidwriter.net Team will not be responsible for, and will not be obligated in any manner to repay the User for any lost earnings. Paidwriter.net Team does not conduct any financial operations with Users. All money transfers for the advertisements are handled by the third party ad revenue sharing services with which the User agrees to do business with. Paidwriter.net Team does not bear any responsibility for the activities of the third party ad revenue sharing services. Paidwriter.net Team does not bear any responsibility and does not guarantee that the advertisements placed by third party ad revenue sharing services will be displayed continuously, without interruption or damage. INDEMNIFICATION : A User of Paidwriter.net must do everything possible in order to ensure the protection of the legal interests of Paidwriter.net Team against all claims or complaints by third parties filled against Paidwriter.net Team and associated in any way with the use of the website by the relevant User. User agree to indemnify all loss, and expense, including legal costs, attorney's fees related to your violation of these Terms or use of the Website. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :User agrees that Paidwriter.net or its owners will not be liable for any damages, loss of profits, goodwill or other losses (even if advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: - the use or inability to use Paidwriter.net's services; - unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; - access to Paidwriter.net also will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from User's failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms; - statements or conduct of any third party on the services, or any other matter relating to the services. Paidwriter.net Team also will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from User's failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use. DISPUTE RESOLUTION :If a dispute arises the User should first try to resolve it by contacting the Paidwriter.net Team using the contact form, describing the problem in detail and steps how to resolve it. The Parties shall resolve any disputes and conditions not stipulated in the Terms of Use by means of negotiations.
